Family membership

One yearly fee. As many doctor visits as your family needs.

Children fall sick at the most inconvenient times, and usually two at once. With a Birch Meadow membership you pay once a year, and every consultation after that is already covered, for the toddler, the teenager and Grandpa.

Everyday lab tests, yearly check-ups and the members' WhatsApp nurse line come with it. You only pay extra for things like scans, specialist referrals and medicines, and members get 10% off at our dispensary.

  • Plans from ₦145,000 a year for two people
  • Pay yearly or in four quarterly instalments

What parents tell us at the front desk

Three children, three schools and three different coughs every harmattan. Since we joined the Family plan I just bring whoever is sick and don't think about the bill. The after-school clinic means nobody misses class.

My grandmother lives with us and her medicines were all over the place. The doctor sat with us, sorted out the list and stopped two she didn't need. She's brighter now and we spend less at the chemist.

My 15-year-old finally talks to a doctor without me answering for him. They give him a few minutes alone, then call me back in for the plan. Very sensible, and he actually listens to her.

Quick answers

Things parents usually ask

Do I have to be a member to see a doctor?

No. Anyone can walk in or book. A consultation is ₦12,000 for adults and ₦10,000 for children under 16, and members pay nothing for consultations.

Can I add my baby or my mother-in-law later?

Yes. Add people at any point in the year and pay only for the months left. Newborns are free until their first birthday when a parent is already a member.

We already have an HMO. Can we still come?

Of course. We accept Hygeia HMO, AXA Mansard Health, Reliance HMO, Leadway Health and Avon HMO. Some families use their HMO for the parents and a membership for the children, and we're happy to help you work out the cheapest mix.

How quickly can a sick child be seen?

Children with fever, vomiting or breathing trouble are seen the same day. Call or WhatsApp before you leave home and the nurse will be ready for you.

Is there parking for the school run?

Yes. There's a small car park inside the gate and a drop-off bay, so you can dash in with a sick child without circling Quarry Road.

Ready to stop paying for every single visit?

Register this week and your whole family is covered from the day you sign up.
